Reporting:
Olympia Capital Associates LP will, at a manager’s request,
distribute performance data to existing investors, potential
eligible investors and data service providers in an efficient,
timely manner. Performance reports are typically sent out via
e-mail to a carefully vetted database of eligible recipients.
Over the years, we have developed close working relationships
with all major data service providers. We can therefore ensure
that funds we administer are placed quickly and properly. In
addition, our staff reviews such listings on a regular basis
to ensure that all subsequent data is current and was input
or downloaded accurately. Funds may be referred to password
protected "alternative investment" websites worldwide
or through other regulatory compliant means.
Statistical Analysis: For every fund we administer we maintain up-to-date
performance histories and relevant competitive indices in a
database, which interfaces with a statistical software package,
permitting a sophisticated statistical analysis of every fund.
With the investment manager's permission, such information may
be provided to eligible investors on a regular basis via e-mail,
mail or fax. Alternatively, such analysis may be reported on-line
via our password protected web-reporting system.
Reports For Investors: Such data includes monthly performance reports, statistical
analysis and executive summaries. This service may be particularly
useful for managers in a start-up mode who do not maintain an
extensive analytical staff.
